Commercial Litigation - Associate to Principal Associate - Birmingham An excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join a Legal 500 ranked commercial litigation team at this highly ranked national practice. The commercial litigation team in Birmingham form an integral part of a national commercial litigation practice operating across the firm's four UK offices. The firm ranks as one of the top 100 in the UK. Due to continued success and strategic growth, the commercial litigation team is looking to bolster their offering with the addition of either an Associate, Senior Associate or Principal Associate in Birmingham so they're very flexible on level. The successful commercial litigation lawyer will be joining a diverse practice operating across commercial sectors throughout the UK as well as working with clients in the education, healthcare, insurance, central and local government sectors. In this role your work will be broad to include: - Litigation - Mediation - Procurement disputes - Adjudication - Expert Determinations - Defamation - PFI disputes - Fraud recovery - Arbitration - Competition - Contractual claims This position is ideally suited to commercial litigation lawyers with a minimum of two years' PQE. You may already be an associate looking for a change and a new challenge, or a senior associate seeking a step up.
