Court of Protection - Oxford Are you a qualified solicitor with Court of Protection experience? Are you looking for a new challenge within a National Firm? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Court of Protection solicitor to join a renowned National firm in Oxford. The team assist with decisions about health and welfare or property and finances. The successful candidate will have at least 4PQE+ of experience in Court of Protection work and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the relevant legislation. The ability to handle complex issues while managing a busy workload is essential. The successful candidate will benefit from working within a highly respected firm in Oxford, which offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression. We are looking for a solicitor with excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to work collaboratively and demonstrate the ability to successfully manage clients' expectations.
