The banking and finance team at this firm are highly regarded and undertake work for a range of clients including; clearing banks, private equity alternative lender and borrower clients on a wide variety of corporate banking, real estate finance and debt restructuring transactions. The role This is a great opportunity for an ambitious banking solicitor looking to join an established firm that services clients throughout the UK with many clients also having strong international connections. The firms excellent client base clearly reflects the firms strength and depth of service delivery. The candidate The ideal banking solicitor will have circa NQ -5 years general banking experience covering; private equity, corporate finance and real estate finance work. You will feel comfortable dealing directly with clients. You will also enjoy business development activities and be keen to raise your profile within the market.
