Employment NQ Solicitor - International firm - Birmingham This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified Employment Solicitor to join the employment team of a well known international firm. This firm has grown considerably over the last five years both in Birmingham and across offices nationally. The Role As NQ Employment Solicitor in this team, you would: · Provide general employment advice; · Draft employment contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures; · Work on Employment tribunal claims; · Assist on transactional work; · Write bulletins/articles, present at seminars and client events and network; · Manage and build client relationships; · Building and maintaining effective client relationships. Candidate Requirements · Employment NQ Solicitor with at least one training seat in employment from a national or regional firm known for its employment work. · Excellent academics and understanding of employment law. · A genuine commitment to qualifying into employment. · Strong links to Birmingham.
