The successful candidate will have gained experience in a large commercial practice specialising in drafting, negotiating and advising clients on a wide range of commercial and technology contracts, including manufacture and supply agreements, services agreements, purchasing arrangements, agency, distribution and franchising arrangements, contractual joint ventures, strategic partnerships, technology procurement and software licensing. You will need to be technically strong with a proactive practical business approach and excellent client skills.
