Commercial & IT Solicitor | Top Tier Firm | 4+ PQE | Leeds This is a rare opportunity to join a top tier commercial team in Leeds and take on a key role in developing the IT side of the commercial practice. This hire is pitched at senior Associate or Director level, although a Partner level hire has certainly not been ruled out for the right person. This major player in the Leeds legal market has an excellent reputation for commercial, competition & IT work, working with national and international household name clients across a wide range of sectors including food, logistics, pharmaceutical, energy, retail, manufacturing and technology. The team has extensive experience across the full remit of commercial work including depth of experience in IT and technology contracts and information technology advice. Heading the team is an incredibly affable, supportive and friendly, but driven, partner who has created a flourishing environment for the team members to develop their skills. The quality of the work is second to none and with further growth plans in place, the prospects for further progression are genuine as there is plenty of room for growth at the senior end. The team welcomes applications from solicitors with upwards of around 5 years' PQE in IT and general commercial, either from a recognised City, national or regional commercial firm, or from in-house lawyers looking for a return to private practice.
