Real Estate Solicitor - Senior Associate This national law firm seek to make a key appointment of a real estate solicitor to join at senior associate level. You will join one of the largest real estate practices giving you the opportunity to work with leading lawyers in real estate, working at the highest calibre on a range of projects including major infrastructure and development projects where the practice utilises specialists as needed across the firm's practice areas. As a senior associate in real estate you can expect to handle a varied caseload in a progressive and thriving real estate team. You will gain exposure to high quality work including major lettings and capital value transactions for some of the major institutional real estate investors; development work for PLC property development companies; and leasing work for a wide range of national and internally expanding retailers. You will have the opportunity to work with the international office of the practice particularly in relation to large US corporates. Working closely with Partners you will play a fundamental part of the real estate team handling your own varied caseload and taking a hands on role in client projects together with building and developing new client relationships through business development activities. You will be a commercial property solicitor with at least five years post qualification experience through to eight years, ideally from a institutional investment and property development background. Essentially you will have developed a wide ranging commercial property practice and be looking to bring this into a leading and renowned national law firm with an international reach. You will be enthusiastic, driven and confident with excellent client facing skills and have a real commercial awareness and professionalism in your approach.
