Banking Solicitor | Top Tier International Firm | 2+PQE | Leeds This is an exciting opportunity for a Banking Solicitor to join a top tier, international firm in Leeds. THE FIRM & TEAM - Global firm with a fantastic reputation in the banking market - This role would be primarily to support the ABL practice area, but the successful candidate can also expect to work on transactions in the other Finance practice areas. - Working on a broad range of Finance transactions including leveraged finance, corporate finance for PLC borrowers and real estate finance, but with a primary focus on ABL. - Representing lenders and borrowers in complex ABL and other finance transactions. -The team handles a broad range of domestic and international matters for many different types of clients.
