Corporate Solicitor | Top Tier International Firm | 2+ PQE | Leeds THE FIRM International top tier award-winning firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join its widely recognised and highly regarded team in the Leeds office. The firm is now looking to expand its team in Leeds and seeks to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to work alongside Partners and Managing Associates on the full spectrum of corporate transactions. THE TEAM AND THE OPPORTUNITY The Corporate team has an impressive track record of expertise. It provides a full-service offering and includes transactional matters across M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity. The team advises on the full range of merger and acquisition transactions, public takeovers, tender offers, IPOs, secondary issues (both equity and debt), share buy-backs, corporate reorganisations and de-mergers. They are described as having 'a client list to die for' which enables them to offer the quality of work only usually found at Magic Circle firms. THE CANDIDATE The successful candidate will ideally be 2-5 PQE with relevant experience in corporate transactional work gained with a national, international, City or highly regarded regional firm.
