This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available. Their Corporate team regularly advise clients on the full spectrum of M&A, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and transactional corporate work. Their client list includes fast-growth companies, owner-managed businesses, SME's, large international corporates, family offices and individuals. THE OPPORTUNITY The successful candidate will have the opportunity to both work and lead on a varied and interesting caseload with a strong corporate focus.
