Commercial Litigation Solicitor | NQ+ PQE | National Firm | Leeds This national firm, renowned for their commitment to a positive working culture is looking for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team in Leeds. The Leeds office is a relatively new office for the firm, but has been growing well over the last couple of years, particularly in dispute resolution, where it has built up a multiple Partner team of lawyers. They regularly attract lawyers from the big 6 in Leeds. THE OPPORTUNITY This role will offer the successful candidate a wide spectrum of Commercial Litigation work. You will advise an impressive client base on a diverse range of commercial litigation matters. Clients range from OMBs and SMEs to house hold name PLCs across a diverse range of sectors. THE CANDIDATE Applications are invited from solicitors who are newly qualified (or about to qualify) or have up to three years' PQE across a broad range of commercial litigation areas including contractual and trade disputes, arbitrations & mediations, finance litigation, group actions, breach of restrictive covenants, partnership disputes and professional negligence. You will also have a solid academic profile and a good commercial litigation grounding within a recognised firm.
