Trusts & Estates Associate

Our client are seeking a mid-level trusts and estates associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Trusts and Estates group in New York. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience drafting complex wills and trusts and knowledge of and ability to research and apply rules governing estate, gift, and GST taxation. The candidate should also have experience with gift and estate tax return reporting and preparation, fiduciary income tax, and the administration of estates and trusts. Large firm experience is a plus. Familiarity with InterActive Legal (ILS) is helpful, but not required. This position offers a hybrid office schedule. The salary range for the position is $225,000 to $285,000.
