An opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a law firm considered one of the country's leading providers of legal services to the health, social care and housing sectors, as well as in the field of professional discipline. Working from the firm's Birmingham office, the successful Real Estate Solicitor will benefit from work of a national reach in a truly supportive, friendly and welcoming environment. This is a permanent position. The Role: This national law firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join them as a Solicitor/Associate. Based in the firm's Birmingham office, this position is offered on either a full time or part-time (four days a week) basis. As a Real Estate Solicitor at the firm, your responsibilities will include: * Providing a range of real estate advice to clients in the health and social care sectors as well as clients across the voluntary, public and private sectors * Specific work might include negotiating commercial leases, development agreements and dealing with commercial sale and purchase transactions * Responsibility for your own caseload of real estate matters, as well as working closely with partners in the real estate team on more complex matters * Involvement in networking and business development Candidate Profile: The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have: * A minimum of 3 yrs' post qualification experience in real estate (particularly commercial leases, development agreements and sales and purchases) * Experience of real estate within the healthcare sector would be a welcome advantage, but is not essential and can be taught * A sound academic background * A friendly, positive and confident outlook Job Offer The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be rewarded with a highly attractive package including: * A competitive basic salary * A highly competitive and well paid out bonus * A close knit and highly supportive working environment * The opportunity to work on highly complex and challenging real estate matters and to develop a sector specialism Apply Now!
