Residential Conveyancer, Norfolk. This long established East Anglian firm serving the West Norfolk & Cambridgeshire region is looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to work closely with a team including a residential conveyancing executive, legal executive, a paralegal and 3.5 secretaries. Based at a very busy office, you will enjoy lots of client contact, a broad caseload dealing with properties ranging from first time buyers to high net worth. As an experienced residential property conveyancer, you will manage and develop an existing caseload which will include sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold, new builds etc in this property hot spot. This is a busy team where you will benefit from excellent administrative support, high quality work and lots of client interaction. With a minimum of 5 years fee earning experience, you will need to be able to work in a busy environment, manage a caseload effectively with minimal supervision and have good IT skills with the ability to use a case management system. You must be confident, enthusiastic and have a pro-active approach and be willing to get involved in networking and business development. Successful candidates should possess strong organisational and management skills in order to maintain the high level of client service.
