Award-winning regional practice in Hertfordshire is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an opportunity to join a successful commercial property team that is continuing its growth plans. This is a permanent position, and offered on a full time or part time basis. The Opportunity: * The opportunity for the successful commercial property solicitor is with an ambitious and dynamic commercial property team in Hertfordshire. * The team works across the broad range of commercial property work, but with a focus on development matters, including acting for regional developers dealing with site set ups, acquisitions, and infrastructure agreements * As part of this busy team you will be expected to get involved in further business development and marketing for the firm The Candidate: * You are likely to be over 5 years PQE * You will have experience in commercial property, and ideally in dealing with development matters * In addition you will need to be enthusiastic about business development and marketing for the firm and your own reputation Benefits: * On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
