Our client is a family run legal practice based in the West Midlands. The firm is well established and has a strong reputation across the local market.

The firm are CQS accredited and work with commercial and domestic clients across the region.
You would be joining a small but friendly team and would have the full support of an experienced administrative assistant.
You would be responsible for a full caseload of residential property matters and must have the ability to deal with all aspects from inception to completion.
You must have the ability to run your own files and have proven experience dealing with a wide range of property transaction.
Experience dealing with sale and purchase work including leasehold files and more complex matters in essential.
You must be proficient with IT and have the ability to utilise a case management system.
