Construction Litigation Associate A construction litigation associate is offered an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 ranked construction litigation team, at a leading international practice, ranked as one of the top 50 firms in the UK. The firm maintains an outstanding reputation, with 11 offices across the UK, Europe, and South East Asia, acting for clients across the globe. The construction litigation team in London is at the core of the firm's continued success and stellar reputation. Currently a small team made up of two partners, one senior associate, three associates, one trainee, and one paralegal, they work alongside their colleagues across the firm's global construction and engineering group on high value and technically complex disputes for clients both domestically and internationally. The successful construction litigation associate joining this highly renowned construction litigation team in London will act for construction professionals, insurers, civil infrastructure schemes, commercial building projects, developers, owners, and contractors. This is a strategic growth role, based entirely on continued success, which will include a full range of construction litigation matters, such as: - Defects - Cladding and fire safety disputes - Professional negligence - Insurance disputes - Payment claims - Delay claims - Contractual disputes relating to standard forms including JCT and NEC - Mediation, Adjudication, and Arbitration - Advising on distressed schemes - TCC litigation This position is ideally suited to construction litigation associates between two and five years' PQE.
