This is an opportunity for a bright and ambitious real estate associate to take a step up, into a market leading and globally renowned real estate team. The real estate team in London is the focal point of the firm's global real estate practice, acting for clients domestically and internationally across the technology, financial services, media and communications, automotive, life sciences and healthcare, hotels, leisure, and leisure, and retail sectors. The successful real estate associate joining this team will will be client facing and given opportunities to liaise directly with clients on a day to day basis; undertaking and advising on a broad range of real estate matters, often complex and cross-border in nature, which will include: - Investment sales and purchases - Sales and leaseback transactions - Leases and licences - Refinancing - Structured acquisitions and disposals - Restructures - Joint ventures - Portfolio management - Corporate support This position is ideally suited to real estate associates between three and six years' PQE.
