Real Estate Associate A top tier City firm is looking to expand their Legal 500 and Chambers ranked real estate team with the addition of an Associate, at NQ-4 PQE. This highly ranked real estate team in the City act for clients domestically and internationally. This includes acting for overseas investors, private and public companies, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, corporate occupiers, private investors and UNHWs, entrepreneurs, investment funds, and major developers. The successful real estate associate joining this City based real estate team will work under the guidance and tutelage of partners considered to be among the best in the field, undertaking the highest quality real estate work, which is often complex and challenging in nature. Your work will be broad, encompassing commercial development matters, and landlord and tenant matters, to include: - Acquisitions and disposals - Property finance - Management agreements - Secured lending - Leasing - Asset management This position is ideally suited to candidates between NQ (2023) and four years' PQE.
