Real Estate Solicitor A leading national practice, ranked as one of the top 100 firms in the UK, with a reputation for working on the highest quality residential development matters nationwide, is seeking an experienced residential development solicitor to join its highly regarded London team acting on high profile development work for the top UK house builders. The Role will involve acting on high value and large-scale land acquisitions for residential development purposes. Specific work would include investigating title, due diligence on development sites, interpreting search results, conditional contracts, strategic option agreements, promotion agreements, partnering agreements with local authorities, consortium agreements and regeneration matters. This position is ideally suited to experienced real estate solicitors, primarily experienced in residential development.
