Real Estate Solicitor A junior real estate solicitor (NQ-1 PQE) is offered an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 ranked real estate team at this top tier City-based practice. The successful real estate solicitor joining this highly reputable real estate team in London will act for clients throughout the UK across the commercial, sports, social enterprise, education, retail, charities, and non-profit sectors. You will join a team of four partners, six senior associate, and three associates undertaking complex, challenging, and high profile real estate work, which will include: - Acquisitions and disposals - Real estate finance and secured lending - Investigating and reporting on title - Performing due diligence - Leases and licences - Portfolio management - Corporate support This position is ideally suited to newly qualified candidates and candidates with up to one years' post-qualified experience.
