You will be responsible for the full range of real estate work, including site acquisition and disposal, conditional contracts and option agreements, development agreements, leasehold enfranchisement and property finance. You will work closely with a senior partner and client portfolio to ensure the highest standard of service. The ideal candidate will have between NQ-2 years' PQE in Real Estate Law, and will be able to demonstrate a good level of technical expertise in this area. You will be able to work autonomously and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
