Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on and managing a diverse range of construction disputes, including adjudications, arbitrations, and High Court litigation.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on risk management, contract interpretation, and dispute avoidance.
- Handling claims related to defects, delays, and professional negligence, across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and commercial real estate.
- Collaborating with top-tier legal experts across the firm's global network to deliver innovative solutions for complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years PQE in Construction Litigation, with a strong grounding in contentious construction law.
- Proven experience in managing high-value disputes, including adjudication and arbitration.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
