4th - 7th year M&A Associate

A Vault top 50 law firm is seeking a skilled Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join its Corporate & Securities group. This role involves representing buyers, sellers, and advisers in complex, global M&A and private equity transactions. Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of experience in M&A and private equity, outstanding academic credentials, and prior experience at an AMLaw 50 firm. Key responsibilities include: * Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation. * Managing deal teams and coordinating key aspects of transactions, from due diligence to closing. * Advising clients on legal, technical, financial, and market implications. * A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative legal solutions are essential for success in this position. Compensation is $310,000 - $420,000 and is commensurate with class year and experience.
