Employment Solicitor An exciting opportunity for a 3-8 PQE Employment Solicitor to join the Employment team of this Legal 500 practice. This is a unique opportunity where the successful Employment solicitor can be based at any of the firm's Cambridge, Peterborough, London or Nottingham offices. The Role: - As a qualified employment Solicitor, you will be able to confidently advise on the full spectrum of employment law issues from drafting documents, advising on dismissal, providing corporate support advice (TUPE etc) and managing Tribunal claims. - Provide high quality employment law advice that is timely, accurate, practical and commercial. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and building appropriate relationships with clients. - Continually develop technical and non-technical skills to meet client and firm requirements and demonstrate continuous improvement in all areas of work. - Travel required for working with the wider Employment team, business development, meetings and training.
