Property Litigation Senior Associate Tier 1 ranked Litigation team seek to recruit a Property Litigation Senior Associate to focus on real estate disputes in Milton Keynes. Role/ Team: The team focuses largely on agricultural expertise and regularly acts for farmers and rural landowners in matters relating to farm business tenancies and the agricultural holdings Act. They also specialise in contentious property issues and have particular experience in commercial claims flowing from the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Candidate requirements: * 5+ years' PQE * Experienced in adverse possession, debt claims, residential possessions, easement disputes and other litigation flowing from commercial property relationships.
