Based in the firms Private Property & Agriculture team you will be working on a range of residential property purchases, sales, transfers of equity and mortgage related work, dealing with both freehold and leasehold properties.
Your conveyancing case load will cover a broad range of property types, to include both country houses and town property, which may involve listed buildings and unregistered titles. You will have plenty of client contact, with clients who choose to instruct us to benefit from a high quality, tailored service and you will develop your client relationship skills to meet their expectations.
You may also have exposure to agricultural elements too, to make this an interesting and varied role, if you wished to broaden your expertise.
Based in a friendly and supportive team, this role provides an excellent opportunity to continue to develop and build your property career. The role will involve using the firms case management software system.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
Whether you are a Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will have a strong grounding in property law and conveyancing transactions. You will have experience of handling sales, purchases and remortgaging work and be keen to extend your skills and experience.
Of course, you'll have excellent communication and IT skills, integrity and a professional manner. You will also be good at using your initiative and determined to provide the best service possible for your clients.
