Qualifications:
Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized schools
MD, MPH, PharmD, or a degree in Epidemiology required + JD from a nationally-recognised Law School
Bar admission in the jurisdiction where you're applying; New York licensure preferred
8+ years of experience, ideally gained at an AmLaw 100 firm
Background in science is essential
Expertise in products liability and/or complex commercial litigation
Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating and managing relationships with clients
Supervising and mentoring associates
Collaborating with experts and fact development
Assisting with depositions, discovery responses, briefs, and motions
Developing strategic case approaches and ensuring timely execution
