RTA Retrain Role-Hybrid Role. We have an exciting opportunity for a PI Fee Earner looking for a retrain opportunity. The team are looking for experienced PI Litigation Fee Earners looking for a retrain into different areas of litigation to include pension loss and housing disrepair claims. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business with great growth plans. Duties and Responsibilities: * Handle a full caseload of Litigation matters * You must hold a minimum of 12 months RTA Litigation experience * Be able to work independently with minimal supervision * Demonstrate that they can meet tight Court deadlines * Build strong relationships with clients * Show ability to use CPR and Case Law effectively * Salary range: £25,000 - £45,000 per Annum * Job type: Permanent 1/2 days home working after probation * Job Section: Private Practice * Experience: minimum 12 months RTA Litigation
