PI Fee Earner Are you an established Litigation Executive/Solicitor looking to build upon your skills and experience within a multi award winning law firm? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Executive/Solicitor who is looking to work on multi track and catastrophic loss files. Responsibilities: Some of the responsibilities you will be required to assist with catastrophic loss matters. Reviewing quantum, valuing general and special damages and formalising case plans. Entering into telephone negotiations, liaising with third party solicitors and insurers, own insurer clients and lay clients. You will be working alongside a friendly and approachable department who will share their skill set and knowledge to help you succeed in the role leading to a number of opportunities for progression What do I need? Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling a defendant litigated caseload and have multi track experience. We would like to see a strong work ethic and a committed team player.
