The Role: Managing own casework acting for claimants in moderate to high value Clinical Negligence matters adhering to procedural, funding guidelines and limits and providing support to partners and senior solicitors on more extensive and high value matters Understanding of medical issues in the context of Clinical Negligence claims and how to investigate and apply these to the law in the best interest of the client. This is a exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Clinical Negligence, to deal with their own case-load of fast and multi track clinical negligence claims.
