THE ROLE * Maintaining a high-level legal advice on a range of family matters including but not limited to financial remedies, child relocation and abduction, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation claims and agreements * Acting as the day-to-day contact for advising clients on ongoing or new matters * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients including HNW/UHNW * Developing the practice by promoting the firm and its work, both to existing and potential clients REQUIREMENTS * Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE * Experience gained within a recognised family law practice * Ideally experience of working for HNW and UHNW individuals * Experience advising on family issues - both contentious and non-contentious * A clear and developed understanding of family law and its application * Excellent client relationship and business development skills * Strong academic background * An exceptional level of professionalism and integrity OTHER INFORMATION - Hybrid working opportunity - Salary circa £80k+ depending on experience BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
