Residential Property Solicitor 4+ PQE An established, London firm seeks a Residential Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded team. THE FIRM This firm has a national reputation in niche areas and are in the top 200 firms in England. THE ROLE The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters such as freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. There is also a business development aspect of this role and the successful candidate will play a part in supporting marketing initiatives in like with the firm's business plans. REQUIREMENTS · A minimum of 4-5 years PQE · Experience of conveyancing practice · The ability to manage a busy caseload whilst building and maintaining effective client relationships · An organised approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines · Excellent IT skills and experience using case management systems OTHER INFORMATION - Hybrid working opportunity. - Salary from £45-65k depending on experience.
