Family Paralegal - London A specialist family law firm seeks a motivated paralegal to join their team in London. THE OPPORTUNITY As a part of this busy team, the successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities: * Providing legal support and work closely with solicitors to progress a complex caseload * Engaging clients, developing client relationships and provide a high level of client service * Managing and supporting all aspects of case preparation * Assisting with files from commencement of proceedings through to final hearing * Ensuring strict adherence to legal deadlines * Conducting legal research * Arranging and attending case conferences * Attending Court from time to time REQUIREMENTS * LLB graduate or a completed GDL * Previous family fee earning experience is desired * Exposure to a wide range of Family & Child Law matters including Divorce & Separation, Child Contact Arrangements, Domestic Abuse, Child Support, and Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements * A passion for furthering your career in the field of Family & Child Care Law * The ability to work under pressure in the face of competing demands and external deadlines * An eye for detail and a meticulous approach * A proven team player OTHER INFORMATION - Salary £26-30k depending on experience - Opportunity for hybrid working BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
