Clinical Negligence Associate 3+ PQE - Cambridge A leading global firm seeks an Associate to join their team in Cambridge working on NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims and inquests. THE TEAM The global healthcare team is unrivalled and work on many high-profile and landmark cases, with expertise across UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America. The team advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. They also advise on medical insurance coverage, health law advice and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews. THE OPPORTUNITY The successful candidate will work on a wide range of clinical negligence claims acting on behalf of NHS Resolution, medical malpractice insurers and their insureds, private hospitals, including some of the country's largest independent hospital groups and clinics, and over 60 NHS trusts. The role will also include providing support for all healthcare professionals before their regulatory bodies including the GMC, GDC and NMC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and widely respected specialist teams in this sector.
