Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor - London An established London firm seeks a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join their fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE and the desire to progress within the firm. Hybrid working is in place and the team works flexibly, however the successful candidate will be required to attend the office initially in order to get to know colleagues/the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to progress to Junior Partner/Partner at an established and friendly firm where talent is recognised and rewarded. Candidate requirements: - You will be a Qualified Solicitor with minimum 5 years PQE - Well versed across all aspects of residential and commercial property matters - The ability to hit the ground running and manage their own caseload as well as assisting in larger matters - Willingness to be involved with business development - A following is not essential, however will be viewed as favourable. You will need to be confident, diligent, and well organised, and enjoy working in a collegiate atmosphere. Salary is competitive depending on experience, however in the region of £90k.
