Real Estate Associate NQ-4 PQE - Leeds
A highly regarded national firm is looking for a Real Estate Associate to join their successfully growing team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a specialist team, widely known for their expertise in the health and social care sector.

The firm's national real estate department handle the full range of commercial property work for their health, social care and other clients across the voluntary, public and private sectors. Clients include all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers,, insurers, police, fire and rescue services, independent health and social care providers, charities and GP practices. These are long-standing and high profile clients and the successful candidate will have exposure to them from the outset.
The Role
As an Associate in this successful team. you will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work for both healthcare and other clients. You will be responsible for your own caseload, whilst working alongside Partners and other senior team members on business development opportunities.
Candidate requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE
- Experience gained within a similar practice
- Ideally experience within the healthcare sector, although not essential
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
The firm offer a comprehensive package, with starting salary from around £50k upwards depending on experience, an annual bonus and a wide range of other benefits.
They operate with a hybrid working policy, with around 40% of your time spent in the office and the rest from home.
