Corporate Associate/Senior Associate 3+ PQE - Leeds An award-winning national firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Leeds. The Corporate team deal with a wide range of matters including sales and purchases of businesses and companies, business formations, funding including private equity and venture capital, management buyouts, public company mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings and fund raisings, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and company secreterial services. The successful candidate will deal with a broad range of matters, with mid-market private company M&A at its core. The team were ranked as one of the top 10 most active M&A law firms in the UK and have advised on 200 transactions nationally in the last year alone. Clients will include companies, businesses and individuals based in the UK and overseas including UK and international corporates, Business owners and company shareholders, private equity and venture capital providers, those looking for private equity investment, entrepreneurs, public market brokers and sponsors and professional services organisations, banks and other financial services businesses. Candidate requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE - Experience gained within a reputable corporate space - The ability to work on own initiative but also as a supportive team player - The confidence to hit the ground running - A clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for your clients whilst working under pressure The firm offer hybrid/flexible working, a competitive salary from around £60k upwards depending on experience and wide range of other benefits.
