Construction Solicitor NQ-2 PQE - Leeds A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their specialist team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly-qualified solicitor up to around 2 years PQE, looking to develop their skills in the construction space with a high quality client base. This is a modern and ambitious commercial law firm with a strong reputation nationally. Acting for some of the UK's greatest and fastest growing businesses and well-known brands, the work is interesting and of a high quality. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the specialist construction team. This role will involve working closely with the Partner across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. There will be early exposure to high profile clients including large corporate and commercial clients, developers and contractors. Candidate requirements: - Qualified Solicitor up to around 2 years PQE - Previous experience within a construction team is essential, either as a training contract seat or paralegal role - Excellent client care skills and the ability to develop good relationships with potential and existing clients - A strong work ethic and enthusiastic about the construction space - Strong commercial acumen The firm operate with a hybrid working policy, where you will be able to work from home 2 days per week. They also offer a competitive salary of £49k upwards and a substantial benefits package.
