THE OPPORTUNITY This established firm are looking to recruit a solicitor with both corporate and commercial experience to include: * Acquisitions & Mergers * Corporate Finance * Joint Ventures * Partnerships * Company & LLP Formation & Compliance * Commercial contracts * Terms of Trade REQUIREMENTS This opportunity will suit an ambitious solicitor, with at least 2 years' experience and experience dealing with both corporate and commercial matters. In order to build on existing business, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. On offer is a competitive salary from c.£45k upwards depending on experience and a wide range of other benefits.
