Corporate Associate/Senior Associate 4+ PQE - Leeds A highly regarded international firm are looking for a Corporate solicitor to join their experienced and talented team in Leeds. The Opportunity: As a result of growth, the team are looking to recruit another lawyer, ideally with 4+ PQE. The work will be of a high quality, as well as challenging and interesting and will include M&A deals and private equity work. Candidate requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable skills in the Corporate space - Ideally experience gained at a city or large regional firm, but they will still be interested to hear from candidates looking to move to a larger firm - Willing to participate in business development - A proactive attitude and a strong team spirit On offer is a market-leading salary from around £70k upwards depending on experience, as well as a substantial benefits package.
