Real Estate Lawyer | NQ+ | £60k+ | Leeds A highly regarded international firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor at newly-qualified level to around two years PQE to join their leading team in Leeds. The Opportunity: As a newly-qualified solicitor in this ambitious team, you will assist clients with the entire real estate cycle. The team work across a wide range of needs and undertake complex projects for corporate occupiers, developers, housebuilders, investors, fund and asset managers and lenders across the full spectrum of real estate sectors. The client base is diverse, spanning both public and private sectors, including commercial developers, regeneration companies, household names in house building and retail, as well as offices, shopping centres and industrial/warehouse schemes. Candidate requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with experience gained in a broad real estate practice - Bright and resilient and the idea of working in a busy environment will excite you - Exceptional drafting skills, a strong commercial acumen and exceptional personal skills - Willing to participate in business development in order to raise the team's and your profile and network The firm offer a highly competitive NQ salary at £60k, this will be increased for candidates with more experience.
