Real Estate Lawyer 5+ PQE - Leeds A leading international firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with an Energy focus to join their team in Leeds. The Opportunity: You will work within their nationally recognised Real Estate Energy team that have a stellar global client base which includes entrepreneurial new entrants and joint ventures to established independents, vertically integrated utilities, financial institutions, governments and well-known energy giants. This is a commercial property role, with an energy focus where you work across a broad range of work including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant, asset management and portfolio management instructions for national and global energy clients. Transactions are largely high value and there is a great opportunity to be involved in high profile work. Candidate requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with minimum 5 years PQE - Ideally real estate experience gained within a large regional or city firm, where you have had exposure to quality work - Whilst energy experience is preferred, anyone with a special interest in the area will be considered - The ability to deliver clients' needs in a busy and fast-paced environment - A strong sense of commercial pragmatism - Exceptional drafting skills The firm offer a market-leading salary from around £70k upwards depending on experience.
