Corporate Associate 4+ PQE - Leeds A UK-Top 100 firm is looking for a Corporate Associate to join their highly regarded team in Leeds. The Opportunity: The team acts for a wide spectrum of clients including individuals and entrepreneurs, SMEs, owner-managed businesses, public companies, equity funders, and debt providers. Work spans a range of sectors including healthcare, technology, energy, manufacturing and food and drink. The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload of corporate matters to include sales, mergers, acquisitions and private equity investments. Candidate requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with minimum 4 years' PQE * At least 2-4 years experience in corporate matters * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent IT skills The firm offer a competitive salary to commensurate with experience.
