The Opportunity: The national Corporate team are ambitious and high-performing with strong experience across the full spectrum of corporate matters. As a part of this successful team, you will act on a wide range of corporate work including acquisitions and disposals, investments, equity fundraising, shareholder arrangements, group reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate governance. Candidate requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE * Demonstrable skills and experience in the corporate space * Experience across the full spectrum of corporate matters, both transactional and advisory * The ability to oversee and support junior members of the team * Willingness to participate in business development * Strong commercial acumen On offer is a competitive salary to commensurate with experience but in the region of £65k upwards.
