Corporate Senior Associate | 5+ PQE | Leeds An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Senior Associate to join one of Leeds' most highly regarded firms. This will be a key appointment for the team and you will work alongside other senior team members on a wide range of high-value matters, as well as taking the lead on smaller deals. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Senior Associate in this highly regarded Corporate team, you will be involved in the following: · Managing your own caseload, running smaller deals autonomously, as well as working closely with Partners and other senior lawyers on high-value, complex matters. · Working for an established client base including Private Companies and PLCs, both in the UK and internationally. · Engage in networking and business development activity. ABOUT YOU You will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, as well as the following: · Experienced at working across a wide range of matters including M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance. · Client focused approach and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. · Experience of supervising junior members of the team i.e. solicitors, trainees and paralegals. · A motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively. · The ability to remain calm under pressure.
