Corporate Associate 2+ PQE - Leeds An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join an ambitious corporate team in Leeds. This role will suit a driven solicitor keen to develop their skills in the corporate space within a leading national team. The successful candidate will work alongside Partners on a broad range of matters including: - Mergers and acquisitions - Equity and capital market transactions - Private equity There is excellent progression and the successful candidate will be offered a comprehensive training program and support throughout their professional development goals. What are they looking for? · Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2 years PQE · Experience gained within an established practice · Attention to detail and organisational skills · The ability to meet tight deadlines · A high level of technical ability · Strong commercial acumen · Willingness to learn and to take early responsibility · Excellent client care skills and the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients · Enthusiastic about marketing and business development On offer is a competitive salary from around £60k upwards to commensurate with experience, as well as an annual bonus based on performance.
