Housing Litigation Legal Director, Leeds This major top tier firm is looking for an experienced housing litigation solicitor to join the team in Leeds at Legal Director level. The housing litigation team here is one of the largest specialist teams outside London, acting for a broad spectrum of clients, including public and private sector portfolio landlords, property consultancy firms, retail lenders and fixed charge receivers, which delivers a genuinely varied range of work on the housing litigation side. You will have amassed at least 6 years' experience in housing litigation, and in residential landlord & tenant law more widely, and more than likely built up at least a partial following of clients. Addressing a gap at this level in the team, you would join with a brief to help further build on the existing housing litigation practice, in line with the growth of the property litigation practice as a whole at the firm. The firm is very well known for recognising, promoting and progressing talent at whatever PQE level you are, and has a number of young partners who have progressed through the ranks quickly.
