Regulatory Solicitor Leeds This highly regarded national firm with a growing reputation for regulatory work is now looking for a solicitor with a solid grounding in this area to join the team in Leeds. More on the work and the opportunity - The regulatory team supports a wide range of clients from family-run businesses to major corporates - They have significant experience in crisis management following fatalities and major incidents - They have notable expertise across manufacturing, retail, food & drink and construction sectors, as well as hotel & leisure and public sector - They advise on matters relating to health & safety, accidents at work, fatalities at work, fire safety, food safety, product liability, inquests, environmental law and advertising standards - They also support other departments, in an advisory capacity, on the regulatory aspects of their transactional matters - This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a partner who has real depth of expertise across all areas Benefits - Highly competitive salary and benefits package including bonus and share scheme - Fantastic one-to-one mentoring from an expert in the field - Opportunity to play a key role in the further growth of the team - Exposure to the full remit of health & safety & regulatory work - Stretch your comfort zone but with the appropriate support - Gain exposure to a wide range of clients from day one, taking early responsibility as soon as you are ready to do so More about you - You will either be a newly qualified or soon-to-qualify solicitor ideally with a regulatory seat under your belt, or have already gained a bit more experience, up to around 6PQE - You will have a real passion for supporting clients through what is almost always an intensely stressful time - You will be calm in a crisis and able to identify key issues quickly - You will relish the opportunity to get involved in complex and varied matters, some of which are very much in the public eye Next steps If you'd like to find out more about this opportunity, please get in touch.
