Construction Lawyer | Leeds | Contentious | International Firm | 0-4PQE As part of their continued success, an international law firm seeks a Construction Lawyer to join their ambitious team in Leeds. This Construction Lawyer role is offered on a permanent full time basis (with flexible & agile options considered). The team - A multi-levelled team in Leeds with a Partner and a number of lawyers and different levels of seniority - Following the continued success of the team and a number of high profile client wins, this firm is looking to add a Construction Lawyer - Opportunity for the right Construction Lawyer to play an active role in the continued growth and success of the team within the wider national and international practice - Exciting opportunity to form part of a prestigious and highly ambitious team - Represent a range of clients from household names to government departments and NHS bodies The opportunity As this firm's new Construction Lawyer: - You will deal with a variety of matters including Construction & Engineering Insurance and Construction disputes: - You will act for insurers and their insured Design & Build Contractors and Construction professionals in defending construction and engineering claims including high value, complex matters - The team works very successfully in advising insurers and representing insured constructions professionals - You will also act on high value Construction & Engineering Dispute Resolution matters for a range of leading industry members on a wide range of contentious issues, including claims over time, money and defects Benefits - Excellent salary and package - Flexible and agile working options - Top training and development with career prospects - Well liked culture and environment More about you - Qualified solicitor (or qualifying this year) from NQ to 4 years' PQE with experience of construction and engineering matters and/or professional indemnity claims preferable (not compulsory) - Very good relationship and client handling skills commensurate with your level of experience - Positive mindset Apply If you would like to apply for this Construction Lawyer position then please send us an up to date copy of your CV or call us for a confidential discussion.
